Book a 30-minute discovery call.

Sign the agreement and pay the 50% deposit (Stripe or 17hats e-sign).

Upload existing assets to a shared Drive within 5 business days.

30-minute kickoff to lock the milestone calendar.

Frame.io reviews with timecoded comments. Two revision rounds included.
- 06
Final delivery via Dropbox: ProRes 422 masters + H.264 MP4, plus 9:16 social cuts.
Questions
Answers before you book
- I do not have any footage yet. Can you still make my first reel?
- Yes. If you have no usable footage, we pair Keynote Filming ($2,000) with the Speaker Reel Package ($3,500) so I capture a full talk and then build your reel from it. If you already have a recorded keynote, the Reel Package alone is enough. On a discovery call I will tell you exactly which path fits and what the all-in number is.
- How does travel work, and is it an extra cost?
- Travel is included in the $2,000 Keynote Filming price. I am based in Wichita, KS and travel nationally for shoots. There is no separate mileage or airfare line item to worry about.
- How long until I have a finished reel I can send to a bureau?
- The Speaker Reel Package runs 4 to 6 weeks from the day I have your footage and notes. If you have a bureau deadline coming up, tell me on the call and we will map the calendar backward from it.
- What if I do not like the first cut?
- Every reel includes two revision rounds through Frame.io, where you leave timecoded comments right on the video. We lock the direction together at kickoff so the first cut is close, and the two rounds refine it from there.
- Who do you work with?
- Professional speakers, thought leaders, and corporate trainers. That is the entire focus of the business, from speakers building their first reel to established keynoters refreshing one that no longer matches their fee.
- How do payment and booking work?
- Book a 30-minute discovery call, then a 50% deposit and a signed agreement (Stripe or 17hats e-sign) hold your dates. The balance is due on delivery, or within 15 days of the event for keynote shoots.
