I am Matt Bauer, and I founded Motivational Media after more than twenty years in multimedia production. Before the camera work, I spent years as a professional musician, a singer, songwriter, guitarist, and drummer. That stage experience shapes how I shoot. I know what it feels like to perform, and I know how to capture the moment a room leans in.

These days I work solely with professional speakers. Not weddings, not corporate explainers, not everything-for-everyone. Speakers. That focus means I understand the business you are in: bureaus, planners, demo reels, and the small handful of seconds that decide whether you get the booking.
